There are 36 motion zen exercises to prepare our body for Sitting Zen. These exercises are simple and can be practiced by all ages. These exercises are most effective if combined with belly breathing. We teach these exercises in Drug Rehabilitation Institutes in Taiwan with good results. The objective is to rid off the "dirty Qi" in our body. If you have addiction issues, do each exercise until really sweating. Take a shower. Then meditate for at least thirty minutes every morning. You shall witness its effectiveness. |
