If you have been practicing Zen, Soto, Pali, traditional Buddhism, yet still are feeling somewhat disconnected ... Buddhism has been around over 2,500 years.  Shakyamuni Buddha termed the period that we are in now as the dark ages of Buddhism. Too many schools have lost the original teaching, which can effectively unify body, mind and spirit.

We have listed some of the traps below for your reference.

Wild Goose Zen - twisting or cloning Zen like quotes.
Entangled Zen - KOAN and mind balancing excercises.
Word Zen - Sutra or word based studies only.
Withered Zen - A lifeless Zen of "just sitting".
Verbal Zen - talk-a-lot Zen.
Crazy Zen - carefree attitude based on emptiness.
Evil Zen - misrepresentation of Buddha or hell.

To be exact, we are the ”宗門禪” or the "Lineage Chan".  Many people assumed that this lineage has already disappeared.  Yet, insiders are aware of its reputation for its effectiveness and uncompromised focus on the bare essence of Chan and meditation.  Our practice is what the lineage of Chan dependant on.  It is simple, focused and effective. As Shakymuni passed his "Seal Of Buddha Heart" (佛心印)to Kasyapa, you shall also be transmitted with the same seal when you connect with the life force and wisdom of Chan.

If you feel that you need a break through in your current practice, you have come to the right place.  Just open your heart, abandon your mind and try a our practice to be connected to the life force and wisdom of the universe.

In our school, the "moment" is not the forms, perception or phenomenon presenteded at the present.  Rather, the present moment to be focused onto is the "true form" of present menifestation, which is the life force and wisdom of each form. In true Chan practice, this observation or focus is really a synchronization of the Chi/Qi/Ki of the universe with that of our body.

Chan is not a mental or mind process. Neither is it just a physical practice.   It is a practice in the invisible, yet  a practice which can detect and connect to the true power of manifestion and transformation through a dedicated Chi cultivation and development.

In short, there is only one way to attain enlightenment - a practice connects our body, mind and spirit.  To reach enlightenment, the body, the mind and the spirit need all to be unified altogether as one.

If you practice, you shall witness every step.
