Heart Chan is a realm beyond academics, science and religion. Yet, it can be studied as knowledge; experimented as science; and can be discussed as philosophy, analyzed as psychology. It can also be treated as a faith or religion. It helps us understand the biology of human bodies in order to maintain excellent health and thus prolong longevity.
Further more, Heart Chan infiltrates psychological obstacles, cultivates innate life force and wisdom, and eventually uncovers true self within. Through the process of meditation and practice, one breaks through barriers, witnesses celestial light, encounters freedom in the universe. One observes the truth of Buddha Land or the Heavenly Kingdom, and observes the super power from celestial realm that transforms into honorable qualities, into light from darkness, into tranquility from violence, into peace from wars. This is what life is meant to be.
